At City Quest Adventures, we strive to provide memorable and enjoyable experiences. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a booking.


1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings made through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.


2. Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 7 days before the scheduled activity: Full refund.

  • 3–7 days before the scheduled activity: 50% refund.

  • Less than 72 hours before the scheduled activity: No refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.


3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend the scheduled activity without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.


4. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled activity.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee if applicable.


5. Company-Initiated Cancellations

City Quest Adventures reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Insufficient participants

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule for another available date.


6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

  • Special promotional bookings (unless otherwise stated)

  • Last-minute bookings (within 72 hours of activity)
