All tours are designed to be completed independently without a guide.

2. Purchases

All tours are sold as one-time purchases per team, unless otherwise stated
Pricing is listed in USD
After purchase, your tour is accessible through your account

3. Access & Usage

Tours are accessed via your mobile device through your account
You may start your tour at any time — there are no schedules or time restrictions
Access is intended for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed

4. Safety & Responsibility

By participating in a tour, you agree that:

You are responsible for your own safety at all times
You will follow all local laws and pedestrian guidelines
You will remain aware of your surroundings while using your phone

City Quest Adventures is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages during participation.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account
If you lose access, you may contact us for assistance
