If you purchased your tour directly through cityquestadventures.com, you are entitled to a full 100% refund We stand behind every tour we create and your satisfaction is our top priority.

Purchased Through a Third Party
If you purchased your tour through a third-party platform (such as Viator, TripAdvisor Experiences, Groupon, or a similar marketplace), we offer a 50% refund on those sales, due to the fees we incur through those platforms.
