How long does a tour usually take?
Getting started is as easy as finding treasure (well, almost)! Simply purchase your tour from our website, log into your account, and hit the “Play Tour” button. Your adventure map, clues, and challenges will appear right on your phone. No downloads, no fuss — just tap and go explore St. Augustine like a local!
How long does the tour take to complete?
Most City Quest tours take approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours to complete, depending on your group’s pace and how long you linger at each fascinating stop. Got a history buff in the group? Factor in extra time for selfies at 500-year-old landmarks! The tour is completely flexible — rush it, savor it, or pause and grab an ice cream along the way.
How many people can play on one team?
A typical team is 2–6 players, which is perfect for families, couples, friend groups, or corporate teams. But rules are for landlubbers — you can absolutely play solo or bring a bigger crew! One smartphone per group is all you need. Everyone huddles around to solve clues together, which makes it twice the fun.

The goal is to enjoy the adventure, not to walk around confused for hours.
Can I pause the tour and come back later?
